Memorial Day Weekend Parade

Celebrate with Parades and Memorials

Memorial Day is first and foremost a time to honor those who have served our country.  The Hamptons host several memorial parades and ceremonies, each a poignant reminder of the day’s significance.  Join the Village of Island Park’s Memorial Day Parade, Saturday, May 25th starting on Waterford Road – adjacent to Masone Beach, the parade will begin at 10:00am sharp.  There will be a Ceremony immediately following the parade at the Memorial Monument.  Also, don’t miss the 139th Memorial Day Parade in Hempstead on Sunday, May 26th from 2:30pm – 4:30pm.  A brief Ceremony will then take place at the monument, for more information please visit www.villageofhempstead.org
