• Regular, reliable attendance which adheres to assigned work schedule including proper log in/log out for time recording

Minimum Qualifications:

• Applicant must have current NYS Esthetics License.
  
• Applicant must provide documentation of 2 years of full-time employment as a NYS licensed esthetician or 4 years of part-time employment.
  
• Applicant must be able to provide documentation of 2 years of full-time employment as a laser technician or 4 years of part-time employment.
  
• Applicant must have knowledge in skin physiology, laser and light physics, LED mircocurrent, ultrasound, ayurvedic treatments, chemical peel, microdermabrasion, medical terminology and documentation
  
• Computer Skills : proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint (creating and editing presentations).
  
• Writing and Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with students, co-workers and managers.
  
• Must have basic knowledge of the internet and social media outlets

Required experience:

• NYS Esthetics License: 2 years

Essential Job Duties:

• Identifying and Qualifying Prospective Students.
  
• Maximize opportunities with potential students with regard to outbound telephone calls, emails, text messaging and social media outlets with the intent to qualify prospective students regarding the admissions process and program offerings consistent with the New York Institute of Beauty’s School Catalog.
  
• Follow up with leads and contacts on timely basis and documenting outcomes in schools database/software.
  
• Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours.
  
• Assist students with making appropriate career choices.
  
• Must have the ability to meet the needs of a diverse student population in order to ensure an overall positive back-to-school experience.
• Build relationships and network within the local community in order to enhance student outreach.
  
• Follow up with current students through the completion of their program to ensure student support and success.
